A: Yes, our Hyper Seagull Sepia is monotone paper, and the tone is already on the paper, you can print sepia from color negatives as well as B&W negatives, and you will have a consistent tone when you print different sizes.

Q: Can I hand color Oriental monotone paper?
A: Yes, Oriental Hyper Seagull Matte surface has the best tooth for hand coloring. You can also erase the color and re-color it again.
